Landing at Roissy Charles De Gaulle (CDG) airport, Paris
Direct flights between Paris Roissy Charle de Gaulle (CDG) airport and Rennes St Jacques airport operate three times daily, every day, with Air France. From Rennes city you have to take a train from the city rail station direction to Saint Malo.
There are 5 daily round-trip flights from Paris CDG (and other cities in Europe) to Rennes airport. More information on http://www.rennes.aeroport.fr/en/flights.

Flight connections to Rennes St Jacques Airport on Air France:

Landing at Dinard-Pleurtuit-Saint-Malo airport
The airport (Aeroport Dinard-Pleurtuit-Saint-Malo) is situated just 4 kilometres south of the Dinard city centre. Dinard City is about 13 Km from Saint Malo. Taxis are available outside the terminal with fares from about €10 to the centre. There is no bus or rail connection from the airport to Dinard but there is a shuttle service, scheduled after the arriving flights, that leaves for the bigger city St. Malo. The ticket costs €3 that can be purchased at the driver. From Saint-Malo station there are buses to Dinard. Connections to/from UK to Dinard are:
Saint-Malo’s train station is located over a kilometre south ofthe intra-muros area, but it’s an easy 20-min walk straight down Avenue Louis Martin. There are a few direct TGV or LGV (high speed train) services daily from Paris (Gare/Rail Station de Montparnasse, Paris), which take less than three hours. Most travellers, however, will end up connecting in Rennes, from where there are hourly commuter services (50 min, €12) to Saint-Malo.

From Paris downtown to Rennes

From Roissy Charles De Gaulle (CDG) airport, Paris
There are two alternatives:
- Departure from Roissy CDG TGV (LGV) station that is located at CDG airport. Take a TGV train to Rennes (3 hours journey, 3 trains a day), then from Rennes city take the Rail to Saint Malo.
- Otherwise, you can go from the airport to Montparnasse railway station by taking an Air France bus shuttle (Every 30 min. from 7 am to 9 pm). Average journey time: 45 min. Fare: 12,50€ .

Landing at Orly airport, Paris
Go to Montparnasse railway station (Gare Montparnasse): There are two alternatives:
- 1) Take OrlyBus to Denfert-Rochereau underground station, then metro (line 6 direction Etoile), stop at Montparnasse railway station
- 2) Take an Air France bus shuttle from 5.45 am to 11 pm every 12 min. Average journey time: 30 min. Fare: 6 €

Landing at Rennes St Jacques airport
Rennes St Jacques airport is 9 km South far from Rennes Railway Station. To go to Saint Malo you have to go first to Rennes Railway Station, the best way is to take a taxi (cost about 15 €). Arrival in Rennes Railway station

By ferry from UK
From the UK you can arrive from Poole and Weymouth on Condor Ferries. Leaving from Portsmouth with Brittany Ferries. From Jersey & Guernsey you can take Condor Ferries which offers direct routes from bothislands.
There are two buses daily to Pontorson (line 17, 1 hour, €2,5), which depart from the train station and stop at the city walls. The buses are timed to connect to onward buses to Mont Saint Michel (15 min, €2), allowing a fairly comfortable day-trip.
Coming from or going to Rennes, Illenoo buses serve Dinard and Titeniac, from where connections run. Costing is 4.70€ to 6.80 € depending on the exact route taken, this is a slower but cheaper option than the train.
From Saint-Malo train station to Palais du Grand Large / Intra Muros
By walking it takes less than 30 minutes. You just have to follow the direction of the old city (Saint-Malo Intra Muros). You can also take the bus lines number 1, 2 or 3 in direction to Intra Muros and stop to the terminus (only 4 stops).
